OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Practice Manager: Laura Sharp
Laura Sharp joined the Perrin-410 team in January 2008. She has worked in the Veterinary field for 9 years. She works very hard on marketing the practice and is very involved with the client outreach programs currently in place at Perrin-410. She lives with her husband Wayne, two children, Lauren and Scott, and their two cats and three dogs.
Head Technician: Damien Ivory
Damien has been a part of the Perrin team since July 2001. He was promoted to technician supervisor in 2008 and helps with hiring, training, and coordinating the technician staff for all shifts. Damien oversees many areas of the hospital and works with Laura and Dr. Stuckey to keep the hospital team on track and scheduled efficiently. Damien is considered our hospital operations manager and his can do attitude is very much an asset to the practice. He has a B.A. in business administration.
Lead Receptionist: Dana Bender
Dana has been a part of our Perrin-410 team since June 2003. She has worked very hard and recently been promoted to lead receptionist and administrative assistant to our Practice Manager Laura. Dana is very cooperative and creative and brings her stable personality to the front desk team in a very positive way. She works on many aspects of the practice that includes; client outreach programs and new and creative ways to educate and inform the clients of services and pet healthcare issues. Dana has proved to be a great asset to the practice and has shown great potential to the management team.
OUR RECEPTIONIST TEAM
Amy joined our Perrin team in October 2007. She is currently building her own home with her husband Josh and two children Kylie and Kaci.
Jeni joined our team in 2008. Jenni has brought her excellent customer service skills to our team and has become a great asset to the practice.
Robin rejoined us in October 2009. She was a member of our Technician team from 2005-2006. Robin received her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology and Biology in 2005. In her off time, Robin enjoys relaxing with her fiance and her chihuahua Murphy.
OUR TECHNICIAN TEAM
Kurt has been with Perrin-410 since 1998. He recently completed his training to obtain his Certified Veterinary Assistant Level 2 certification.
David joined our team in August 2006. He started out in the kennel and is now a Certified Veterianry Assistant. He is attending college pursuing his degree in Biology. He has a dog named Avocado and a cat named Enid.
Shari is a Registered Veterinary Technician and has been with us since November 2009. She lives in Adkins with her family and 2 horses-Scar and Dumplin', 2 dogs- Katy and Ruger, and too many barn cats to count!
Joanna started with us in April 2009 and works part time while attending college. She is an excellent technician and has been a great addition to our team.
Mark is the newest member of our night crew. He joined us in May 2010 with over 7 years in the Veterinary field and has proven to be a great assett to our hospital. He is attending Academy of Health Proffessionals to obtain his degree in X-ray Technology.
Abby is one of our Technician Assisitants. She started in May 2008 in the kennel, became kennel supervisor, and was recently promoted to Tech Assistant. She has a beautiful baby girl that keeps her busy when she is not working.
Airenne was just promoted from Kennel Assistant to Tech Assistant. She is new to San Antonio and just recently got married. She has a dog, Lucy Lou, and a rescued kitten that she bottle fed from just a few days old.
OUR KENNEL TEAM
Brian has been with Perrin-410 since September 2008. He takes excellent care of our boarders and donor animals. His love for animals definately shows in his work.
Frances joined us in August 2010. She grew up in San Antonio and has always had a passion for animals. She has a German Shepherd named Ace, whom she cherishes dearly. She hopes to become a veterinarian someday.
Isaac started with us in July 2010. He was born and raised in San Antonio and graduated from Burbank High School. He spent 5 years in the Navy and is now in college pursuing a career in radiology.
Samantha is our "summer girl". She attends Texas State University and has worked for us the last 3 years. It's great to have an extra hand during the busy summer months.
